At We Are Charlie, each item is made and fulfilled with care. Because of the nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
• We’ll work quickly to replace the item or resolve the issue
